Throughout her leadership career, Jen saw firsthand how resilience shapes success in adulthood. Helping children build this skill - through the real-life example of a little dachshund - sparked the creation of Dexter the Dachshund. With the help of her daughter Shelby, illustrator Olivia, and publishing team at Ripples media, Dexter's story will be ready for pre-order within the coming months!
